I just received a note that one of my clients is out of the office for the next 17 days! Guess 2014 is over for him. Whether or not you finish work today or work hard until the end, this calendar year is wrapping up soon.
Now is the perfect time to pause and review your 2014 results followed by answering several questions.
First ask yourself:
Have I enjoyed the success/results I needed or wanted this year?
Yes? Congratulations and repeat for 2015!
No? Time to look further. Ask yourself these questions:
- What didn’t you achieve that you wanted to?
- What got in the way?
- What will you do to remove and reduce those obstacles in 2015?
- Why is it important for you to achieve a new level of success in 2015? and…
- What are you willing to do to achieve the goals for 2015?
Then recharge and define:
What can I do now to move this forward?
How can I help others to achieve more success along the way?
Your responses to these questions now set you up to begin the new year with a fresh focus.
