Why are we giving you pre-work? So that you have some time to start thinking about these topics:

  1. 1. Who wins when a loan app is taken, and that loan is closed? And how do we achieve that? This introduction to the Win3 or win-cubed will serve as our foundation to everything we do in selling.
  2. 2. The communication needs of our borrowers. Tribal Types is a tool to help identify and adapt to the communication needs of the borrowers during each interaction.
  3. 3. Success. What does it take to succeed at your top level? Drive! You’ll be introduced to the Success Drivers model.

What do you need to do?

  3. 3. Bring the Notes Sheet with you on the 21st.
